Community Impact Program Manager

Requirements

Proven track record of building and scaling Employee Resource Group and community impact programs (or equivalent) that drive measurable impact. Exceptional project management skills: highly organized, detail focused, and data driven with the ability to deal with ambiguity, manage projects, and prioritize conflicting deadlines in response to changing requirements or objectives. Strong strategic thinking paired with reliable execution; you can zoom out and design for scale, and then dig in and make it happen. You’re a systems thinker who can connect the dots across people strategy, operations, and culture while bringing creativity, empathy, and pragmatism to your work. Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the charisma and credibility to engage both senior leaders and frontline employees. Comfortable facilitating conversations, gathering insights, and bringing a pulse on what employees need to feel connected and supported. Strong business acumen and experience working cross-functionally with HR and leadership teams is a plus.

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.
