What you'll do at Figma: Hire and manage a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success Participate in customer and prospect meetings Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growth Help craft and further develop sales processes and initiatives Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals We’d love to hear from you if you have: 5+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) 2+ years of management experience Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales team in a technical and competitive landscape Fluency in Japanese and English While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go
