Role Overview

Requirements

Commercial and Strategic Mindset: Adept at translating complex financial challenges into clear commercial strategies. Skilled in structuring partnerships and negotiating high-value deals that create mutual value for merchants and Adyen. Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior finance, treasury, and C-level stakeholders. Collaborative Player: You thrive in cross-functional environments and work effectively across Account Management, Commercial Strategy, Product, and Leadership teams. You embody Adyen’s “team over ego” principle while driving tangible commercial outcomes. Builder and Problem Solver: You bring a starter-builder mindset, using analytical thinking and hands-on execution to uncover opportunities and drive early-stage product growth. You thrive in fast-paced environments and focus relentlessly on impact and long-term success.
