Responsibilities
Strategic insights and forums: Deliver performance insights for QBRs, MBRs, and ad-hoc forums. Translate commercial questions into clear and digestible data insights that give leaders an actionable view of regional performance. Commercial planning and goal setting: Partner with regional leaders to define, track, and review commercial goals across the funnel following the global methodology. Ensure goals are grounded in data and provide visibility into progress, risks, and required actions. Performance analytics: Analyze full-funnel commercial performance to identify trends, risks, and drivers of growth. Surface root causes and provide practical recommendations that help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of GTM execution. Data governance and consistency: Apply global KPI definitions, templates, and data cuts consistently with the Central Revenue Operations Analytics team. Contribute to a unified analytical backbone by following shared methodologies and maintaining strong data accuracy standards. Project support and scalable ways of working: Support cross-regional or global initiatives led by Revenue Operations. Help implement shared data methodologies and repeatable frameworks that improve the scalability and quality of insights. Stakeholder management: Build trusted relationships with commercial leaders and cross-functional partners. Anticipate needs, manage expectations clearly, and communicate insights in a structured and concise way adapted to different audiences.
Who you are
Availability to work 3 days in person on Morumbi (SP) 6+ years of experience in a business analyst, commercial analyst, or strategy consulting role Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, able to adapt messaging to different audiences Familiarity with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI Able to translate business problems into structured analytical questions and turn insights into clear recommendations Comfortable working independently with stakeholders, managing expectations, and bringing clarity in ambiguous situations Confident using data to guide conversations, highlight risks, and support decision-making Strong prioritization skills to balance daily requests with broader regional performance needs Collaborative and proactive, sharing knowledge, seeking feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement Availability to travel (only when needed and aligned with team lead)
