Senior Product Manager- Uplift

Requirements

Domain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Risk Management, Fraud Prevention, or Fintech/Payments. Experience working with large-scale transactional data, machine learning models, and behavioral risk signals is highly desirable. Strategic acumen: Proven experience in developing multi-year product strategies and translating them into clear, prioritized roadmaps that align with critical business objectives. Technical depth: Ability to work closely with sophisticated engineering and data science teams, understand APIs, system architectures, and lead the delivery of technically complex, scalable risk products. Data-Driven focus: Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset, skilled in interpreting granular performance metrics (e.g., by region, industry, or merchant) to drive measurable business outcomes. Exceptional communicator: Ability to articulate complex risk concepts and product rationale clearly to diverse internal and external audiences, including senior leadership and domain experts.
