Requirements
Strong troubleshooting, documentation and cross-functional communication skills; comfortable collaborating with non-technical partners and translating automation into tangible operational gains. A growth mindset: you embrace learning new AI technologies, care about user experience, and seek to improve systems through intelligent workflows. Interest in building agentic flows (for example: bots that triage tickets, summarize documents, assist user tasks) and integrating them responsibly into workplace systems.
