About the Role

We are GitLab's Growth team, and we focus on improving how people discover, onboard to, and deepen their use of GitLab. We own key initiatives that span the entire user journey, including experimentation, onboarding flows, personalization features, and reactivation campaigns. We operate fully remotely and collaborate asynchronously across multiple regions, leveraging GitLab's values of transparency and open communication. We face the challenge of running high-impact experiments at scale while continuously improving user engagement, activation, and retention. Requirements

Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment and collaborating across distributed teams with Product Management, UX, and Data. Self-motivated and organized, with a growth mindset and openness to diverse backgrounds and transferable skills, along with a commitment to GitLab's values and inclusive culture.
